Thanks for your write-up. One other thing is that individual states have their unique laws that affect home owners, which makes it very hard for the Congress to come up with a whole new set of recommendations concerning property foreclosures on house owners. The problem is that each state provides own laws and regulations which may have interaction in an undesirable manner in terms of foreclosure procedures.
