Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel for check-in. After freshening up and a brief rest, begin your exploration of Delhi: Visit Qutub Minar, a 73-meter tall tower built in 1193, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore Humayun's Tomb, the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun, known for its Persian architecture and gardens. Drive past India Gate, a war memorial arch dedicated to Indian soldiers who died in World War I. Visit Lotus Temple, the Bahá'í House of Worship known for its lotus-like shape and serene ambiance. Explore Red Fort, a historic fort complex built by Emperor Shah Jahan, another UNESCO World Heritage site. Enjoy an evening drive past the Parliament House, President's House, and Government Secretariat Buildings.

Day 2: Delhi - Srinagar

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Delhi Airport for your flight to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel or houseboat on Dal Lake. Spend the evening relaxing and enjoying the serene surroundings.

Day 3: Srinagar

After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of Srinagar: Nishat Bagh: A terraced Mughal garden with stunning views of Dal Lake and the Zabarwan Mountains. Shalimar Bagh: Built by Emperor Jahangir, featuring cascading fountains and pavilions amidst landscaped terraces. Chashme Shahi: Known for its natural spring and Persian-style architecture, offering tranquility and scenic views. Pari Mahal: A historic monument offering panoramic views of Srinagar city and Dal Lake. Visit Jamia Masjid, the largest mosque in Kashmir, and explore local markets like Lal Chowk and Polo View Market for traditional handicrafts. Enjoy a serene shikara ride on Dal Lake, experiencing floating gardens and houseboats.

Day 4: Srinagar - Gulmarg (56kms)

After breakfast, embark on a day trip to Gulmarg: Gulmarg Gondola: Take a scenic ride on one of the world's highest cable cars, offering views of the Pir Panjal range. Visit St. Mary's Church, a British-era church amidst lush meadows and pine forests. Enjoy activities like golfing (highest golf course in the world) or horse riding in the Alpine meadows. Return to Srinagar in the evening and relax at your hotel.

Day 5: Gulmarg - Pahalgam (142kms)

After breakfast, drive to Pahalgam, a picturesque valley: En route, visit saffron fields and the Avantipura Temples, ancient Hindu temples. Check-in at your hotel in Pahalgam and spend the evening exploring the local area.

Day 6: Pahalgam

Today, immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Pahalgam: Betaab Valley: Named after the Bollywood movie "Betaab," known for lush meadows, streams, and mountain views. Aru Valley: Serene valley with pine forests and opportunities for trekking and camping. Chandanwari: Starting point for the annual Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage (seasonal), with pony rides along the Lidder River. Visit Mamleshwar Temple, an ancient Shiva temple, and relax by the river. Explore Baisaran Valley, offering panoramic views of snow-capped mountains. Return to your hotel in Pahalgam for overnight stay.

Day 7: Pahalgam - Srinagar (83kms)

After breakfast, return to Srinagar: Check-in at your hotel or houseboat on Dal Lake. Enjoy leisure time or explore more of Srinagar's local markets and cuisine.

Day 8: Srinagar - Delhi - Agra 204kms)

After breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport for your flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, drive to Agra: Visit the Taj Mahal, the epitome of love and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore Agra Fort, a red sandstone fortress with palaces and mosques. Optionally, visit Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb, known as the "Baby Taj." Overnight in Agra.

Day 9: Agra - Delhi (204kms)

After breakfast in Agra, drive back to Delhi: Depending on your departure schedule, explore additional sites in Delhi or indulge in some last-minute shopping. Transfer to Delhi Airport for your onward journey or departure, concluding your Valley of Kashmir & Taj Mahal Private Tour.
