Depart from Delhi in the morning and drive to Haridwar/Rishikesh, located at the foothills of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Haridwar, visit Har Ki Pauri, one of the holiest ghats on the banks of the Ganges River. Experience the evening Ganga Aarti, a mesmerizing ritual of lights and chanting prayers.
Enjoy a refreshing breakfast at your hotel. Explore Rishikesh, known as the "Yoga Capital of the World". Visit Parmarth Niketan Ashram, offering yoga and meditation classes in a serene setting by the Ganges. Cross the iconic suspension bridges, Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, for panoramic views of the river and hills. Visit the Beatles Ashram (Maharishi Mahesh Yogi Ashram), known for its association with The Beatles during their stay in the 1960s. Explore the graffiti-covered walls and meditation cells. Explore Kankhal in old Haridwar, known for its ancient temples and cultural heritage sites. After breakfast, depart for Jim Corbett National Park, India's oldest tiger reserve. En route, visit the Garjiya Devi Temple, located on the banks of the Kosi River, offering panoramic views of the park and its surroundings.
Start early with a morning jungle safari in an open jeep, guided by expert naturalists.
