Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Delhi

Upon arrival at Delhi airport, you will be greeted by our representative who will assist you with the transfer to your hotel. Take some time to relax and settle in.

Day 2: Delhi

Start your exploration of Old Delhi with a visit to Jama Masjid, one of the largest and most magnificent mosques in India, known for its grand architecture and large courtyards. Next, explore the Red Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, renowned for its massive red sandstone walls and historical significance as the seat of Mughal power. Pay a visit to Raj Ghat, the serene memorial dedicated to Mahatma Gandhi, where you can reflect on his legacy and contributions to Indian independence. Drive past India Gate, a war memorial dedicated to Indian soldiers, Parliament House, and President's House, observing their impressive exteriors. Explore Humayun's Tomb, an exquisite Mughal garden tomb that served as an inspiration for the Taj Mahal, known for its stunning architecture and serene gardens. Visit Qutub Minar, the tallest brick minaret in the world, featuring intricate carvings and inscriptions from the early Islamic period in India.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra (204kms)

After breakfast, set out on a scenic drive to Agra, known for its remarkable Mughal architecture. Check in at your hotel and proceed to the Taj Mahal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the Seven Wonders of the World, celebrated for its stunning white marble architecture and intricate inlay work. Explore the Agra Fort, a massive red sandstone fortress with grand halls, gardens, and views of the Taj Mahal from its ramparts. Visit the Baby Taj, or the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daulah, renowned for its delicate marble carvings and beautiful gardens, often considered a precursor to the Taj Mahal.

Day 4: Agra - Jaipur (245kms)

Drive to Jaipur, with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal city known for its well-preserved palaces, mosques, and courtyards. Explore the grand structures within Fatehpur Sikri, including the Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, and the Diwan-i-Khas, showcasing Mughal architectural brilliance. Continue to Abhaneri to visit the Chand Baori, a stunning stepwell with intricate carvings and a deep, symmetrical design, as well as the Harshat Mata Temple, known for its elegant architecture. Arrive in Jaipur, the Pink City, and explore its vibrant local markets, rich in handicrafts, jewelry, and traditional Rajasthani souvenirs.

Day 5: Jaipur

Begin your day with a visit to Amber Fort, a majestic hilltop fortress with intricate palaces, courtyards, and an elephant ride to the fort entrance, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape. Explore Hawa Mahal, or the Palace of Winds, famous for its unique façade with 953 small windows designed for royal women to observe street life without being seen. Day 6: Jaipur - Srinagar (Flight)

Transfer to the airport for a flight to Srinagar, the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Upon arrival, our representative will assist with the transfer to your hotel. In the afternoon, explore Srinagar, starting with a serene Shikara ride on Dal Lake, observing the floating gardens and traditional houseboats that define the city's charm. Visit Mughal gardens such as Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, known for their terraced layouts, water features, and beautiful floral displays.

Day 7: Srinagar - Gulmarg (56kms)

Drive to Gulmarg, a picturesque meadow famous for its natural beauty and adventure opportunities. Continue to Chandanwari, the starting point of the Amarnath Yatra pilgrimage, known for its stunning snow-capped views and serene environment. Enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure, taking in Pahalgam's tranquil ambiance and natural beauty.

Day 10: Pahalgam - Srinagar/ Delhi (83kms)

Drive to Srinagar airport for a flight either to Delhi. Upon arrival, our representative will assist with the transfer to your hotel in Delhi. Spend the rest of the day visiting any places of your interest with your driver, or enjoy some leisure time exploring the city.

Day 11: Delhi - Departure

As per your flight schedule, our representative will transfer you to the airport for your onward journey, concluding your memorable tour of North India.
