Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive Leh

Arrival at Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the hotel and acclimatize to the high altitude of Leh (approximately 3500 meters above sea level). Visit Shanti Stupa, a white-domed Buddhist stupa offering panoramic views of Leh and the surrounding mountains. Explore Leh Market, known for its vibrant atmosphere, Tibetan handicrafts, jewelry, and local spices.

Day 2: Leh

After breakfast, start your day with a visit to Shey Palace, located on a hillock. Explore the palace complex adorned with vibrant Tibetan Buddhist frescoes and a large statue of Shakyamuni Buddha. Proceed to Thiksey Monastery, resembling the Potala Palace in Lhasa. Discover its chapels, prayer halls, and the impressive Maitreya Buddha statue. Continue to Hemis Monastery, nestled in a picturesque valley and famous for the Hemis Festival. Explore its museum exhibiting rare artifacts and religious relics. Day 3: Leh - Departure

After breakfast, as per your flight schedule, transfer to Leh Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport. Board your flight for onward destinations, concluding your memorable Leh City Break.
