1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations by Customers:
30 days or more prior to the tour start date: 10% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
15-29 days prior to the tour start date: 25% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
7-14 days prior to the tour start date: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days prior to the tour start date or no-show: 100% of the booking amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Cancellations by Agora Voyages: In the unlikely event that Agora Voyages needs to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or an alternative tour of equivalent value will be offered. Customers may choose to accept the alternative tour or opt for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-refundable Components: Certain services such as flight tickets, train tickets, or permits issued by third-party providers may be non-refundable, as per the respective providers’ policies. These charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Bank/Processing Fees: Please note that bank fees or any third-party payment gateway charges incurred during the booking or cancellation process are non-refundable.
3. Amendments to Bookings
Amendments or modifications to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and will incur an additional charge based on the service provider’s policy. No amendment or modification will be allowed within 7 days of the tour’s start date.
4. Force Majeure
Agora Voyages OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for cancellations or changes to your travel itinerary due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or governmental restrictions). In such cases, refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be made at the company’s discretion.
5. How to Cancel a Booking
To cancel a booking, please log in to our website with your ID or email us at info@tourdigger.com with your booking details, including the booking reference number, full name, and contact information. We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 24 hours.
